With Prior Auths when I enter ICD10 Codes if the system doesn't like one it tells me there is an invalid code but does not tell me which code is incorrect.

I would like a new section added to be able to check authorization status and even submit authorization requests as well as send a response to UT Medicaid for denied or pended authorizations.

When a claim is rejected there is no given information on why it was rejected and we can not click on the claim or appeared on the remit.

When I have had to re-submit claims because of an issue, they show up on the claims list with just the date of the claim. It would be nice to see the date they were submitted also.

Ability to track an enrollment by a document ID (view status -open, approved, denied, as well as add notes regarding follow up on enrollment status) and ability to view all enrollments submitted for a provider

While building out the Patient module during the Web Claims work. Thought it would be an improvement for our clients who leverage Eligibility module to be able to quickly access known Patients and check eligibility.

As a clearinghouse, we would like provider practices to complete EDI enrollment without intervention from us.
